Charles is a fun mixture – an experienced ministry leader but still enough of a kid to make any engagement filled with fun! Any event might involve confetti because every day is an opportunity to experience joy! Charles has Master's degrees in Marriage and Family Counseling and Christian Education. He has a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Counseling with a minor in Childhood Education. He served as Pastor for Preschool, Children and Families for over 30 years. In his career, he has ministered to thousands of children and their families. He has studied faith development in Children for decades and has written extensively on this topic. And he is an award-winning author.

God's call on his life is ministering to families. The term "family" covers a broad spectrum. His ministry has been almost as broad.

 Sandra is an exceptional educator. She has a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and devoted over 20 years as a much-loved classroom teacher. She left the classroom to work at the District level as a Language Arts Specialist training Teachers and Administrators and writing District-wide Tests and Curriculum. 

She is an experienced ministry leader.

She has served as a leader in: 

• Women’s Ministry
• Children’s Ministry
• Children’s Evangelism. 

She has written a great deal of curriculum for Children’s Evangelism and has led that team for over 25 years leading hundreds of children into a personal relationship with Christ.

Charles and Sandra have been happily married for 37+ years. They have lived in multiple states and have made several cross-country ministry-related moves. They have two adult children, Jenna and Kyler, who are both happily married and active in their respective churches. Jenna is married to Alex. Kyler is married to Liz. All 3 couples enjoy regular meals, traveling and fun times together.
